2024 Spring Season Pictures will take place on
Saturday, April 20 at
Williamson Park!
How to order photos:
There will be no onsite ordering on photo day - no order forms, no exchange of funds.
Late orders are accepted but will incur a late order charge of $ 5.00.
Please keep in mind the following guidelines when ordering:
- Orders need to be placed for each player. Orders with multiple players on one order form will be rejected. Unless you would like siblings in the same photo package. (packages A-D)
- For players name put Last Name and the word Family and that is how it will appear on photo when multiple players are in one photograph.
- You may also order a relative package in the al a cart selection and let our onsite staff know, that you want siblings together for just that package.
- Shipping charges are required for each order, and they will be sent in individual containers.
Who needs to be photographed:
All players and coaches need to be photographed.
Even if you are not ordering photos, please have your player photographed so that they can be part of the team picture.
What should I bring:
Players should be dressed in full uniform (hat, shirt, pants, and socks). Sneakers can be worn.
Players should also bring their own bat.
When will my child be photographed:
Each team will have a designated time slot for photographs. The schedule is available further down on this webpage.
Please come on time for the scheduled time slot for your team. The schedule was made based on when teams will be playing that day to ensure photos are done in a way to minimize wait times for your family.
If you cannot make your scheduled time frame, please come at a time that works for your family before the last scheduled photo slot at 1:30PM.
When will I receive my photos:
Photos will be mailed directly to your home within 4 - 6 weeks.
What if i have a question or issue about my order?
Any issues with your photos can be directed to the Delorenzo ASP customer service team by emailing -
aspcustomerservice1146@gmail.com. Please do not call our studio as we are out of the office during our busy season most of the time and you will be directed to email customer service.
