Spring 2024 Registration Update

As of 3/25/2024, many of our divisions at Morrsiville Little League have reached capacity and registration has closed. Thank you to all of the families that have registered so far!

Registration for our Rookie (Introduction to Tee Ball) and A Divisions (Tee Ball/Coach Pitch) will remain open until we have reached capacity in those divisions. There are not many spots left in these divisions so please register before they fill up!

Participant Eligibility

All Registered Players for Morrisville Little League must reside or attend school in the league's geographic boundaries.

Option 1: You are a resident of a municipality in Morrisville Little League Boundaries:

If you reside within the following municipalities, then you are eligible to join Morrisville Little League:

Morrisville Borough
Lower Makefield Township
Yardley Borough
Falls Township (limited areas)
Newtown (limited areas)

Option 2: Attending a School within Morrisville Little League Boundaries:

If your player is a student that attends one of the schools listed below within the Morrisville Borough School District, Pennsbury School District, or private school within the Morrisville Little League boundaries. With this option, you do not need to have a residence within the Morrisville Little League boundaries.

You can verify your residence or school is located within Morrisville Little League's boundaries by using the Little League Finder tool or reviewing this Map of Morrisville Little League Territory.

Proof of Eligibility:

During the Registration Process, each parent will be asked to establish eligibility for their player(s) by choosing either the school option or the residency option. Documentation must be provided to establish eligibility. Please review this checklist for further details on which documentation is required and acceptable for each option.

If selecting the school option, please complete the Little League School Enrollment Form.

When filling out the School Enrollment Form, please use 2382112 for the League ID Number.

Placement

Placement of players in the appropriate division is based upon the players age and skill level.

League Age
Morrisville Little League follows Little League International's age requirements. Little League International provides league age charts to determine the "League Age" of your player during the registration process.

During the registration process, you will be presented with the divisions your player is eligible for based on their league age.

Player Evaluations
Prior to the start of each spring season, Morrisville Little League will conduct player evaluations. All registered players aged 6 to 12 years should attend the evaluation with the exception of Majors eligible players (ages 11 and 12) who were drafted last spring by their Majors team. Players older than 12 do not attend.

Each player will participate in basic drills to assess fielding, hitting, and pitching skills appropriate for the division they are registered in. Volunteer coaches will assess each player and ensure their skill level is appropriate for the division and ensure the player's safety.

Drafts
After player evaluations are held, each player will be placed on a team in their division through the draft process. Each division has a different method of drafting and placing players on teams. Please review the appropriate division plan for more information on how players are placed.

Registration Process

All players participating in Morrisville Little League must register for each season online.

Fees, Payments and Financial Assistance

Fees

To fund the operations of Morrisville Little League, the following fees are required for all participants.

Division Registration Fee: This is the fee to participate as a player in each division. Each division charges a different fee. This fee covers costs for league operating expenses, including uniforms, equipment, field and facilities maintenance and other operating fees. Discounts are provided for families with multiple players registered.
Volunteer Deposit (Spring Season Only): A $75 volunteer deposit is included and only charged once per family. Each family is asked to cover one shift at the consession stand. The deposit is refunded following the completion of a family's shift.
Processing Fee: Each Transaction through SportsConnect includes a $3 processing fee.

Players registered for the Rookie Division playing in their first season in MLL will not pay a Division Registration Fee. There will be a deposit for a Division Registration Fee of $75 required at the time of registration. Also, famliies that only have players registered to the Rookie (Intro to Tee Ball) Division in their first season playing in MLL will have their volunteer deposit ($75) refunded as these families will not have to meet a volunteer obligation. The registration and volunteer fee deposits will be refunded to qualifying families at the start of the season.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of registration. Credit Cards are the preferred method of payment.

Financial Assistance

If you need financial assistance to pay for registration fees, T-Mobile offers the Call Up Grant program.

The T-Mobile Little League® Call Up Grant is dedicated to helping families in need by covering registration fees associated with their local Little League program. T-Mobile and Little League share the belief that every child should have the chance to experience Little League, regardless of their financial or personal situation.
